Breadth & Depth
Andrew has many technology strings to his bow, and one of the things he exceeds in is technology project management. With a passion for getting it right, interlinking silos, and navigating traditional barriers, Andrew loves to make it happen in refreshing and innovative ways. For Andrew, it’s the relationships within project teams that fuel project success. Understanding the ever changing flow of relationships and people is core to Andrew’s philosophy of project management. No two projects are ever the same, as Andrew vows, “You can never stand in the same river twice.”
Water is fundamental to Andrews existence. Skiing, swimming, the highs of cliff diving, and flowing with the ice in Lillehammer doing the bob skeleton, all provide him with the perfect mixture of relaxation and invigoration. Anyone wanting to talk “bull” should know that Andrew has successfully survived running with the bulls of Pamplona. There isn’t anything he can’t “steer” through.
The Holistic Approach
Physically and mentally Andrew develops his core by learning and maintaining his yoga devotion and combines his love of dance and natural rhythm through the mindful meditation practice of 5Rhythms. Occasionally, he can even be spotted dancing and drumming in Africa. Yoga and dance are some of Andrew’s favorite ways to stay fit, meet new people, and live more healthy and mindfully.
Rugby: The Gentleman’s Game
Since he was six years old, Andrew has had a passion for rugby. He loves that the team bonds through the pain and competitive play, making the victory all the more sweet. The team ethic and social aspect of rugby creates life long friends who he often travels abroad with, either supporting England Rugby, the British & Irish Lions, or touring in Europe with his rugby club. Although they’re not as youthful as they once were, Andrew still plays for his old school club, Old Cranleighans.
