Running the Show
Nicole truly runs the show in her department: she establishes yearly marketing/experience plans, sets and tracks strategic internal and external goals, and leads the department’s shift to experience marketing. Nicole is always looking for ways to make the department as efficient as possible. She oversees the entire proposal process on new project leads, including qualification packages, and team interview prep. Nicole also works with TEECOM’s business development team on a daily basis to increase internal efficiencies and communication. And she’s a member of TEECOM’s Green TEEm that strives to better the environment and the community.
Nicole takes a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. After discovering she was gluten intolerant seven years ago, she and her husband adjusted their lifestyle and became more aware of the ingredients in foods. Cutting out her favorite sweets was a difficult adjustment, but Nicole says she found alternative ways to indulge in foods she loves (gluten free macaron, anyone?). On the weekends, she and her husband explore new restaurants around the city and they cook an elaborate dinner at home every Sunday.
Nicole grew up dancing and has always been drawn to fitness classes where her classmates’ energy helps her push past her limits. Nicole discovered a passion for yoga after joining one of San Francisco’s most popular studios. She loves that every class is a little different, with a variety of music and new people, but that the result is consistent: feeling energized and refreshed. A competitive edge drives Nicole to practice advanced moves at home to get to the next level in class.
A New Place Every Year
Nicole caught the travel bug young, and now with her travel buddy husband she visits a new country every year. The couple enjoys researching new global destinations with an eye toward food. Sampling the local cuisine is Nicole’s favorite way to experience another culture. She also favors warm water destinations for scuba diving and swimming. This year, she’s headed to Belize to explore another culture, deep waters, and of course, great food.
