Medical Center Manager
Rob is the lead project manager for one of the largest healthcare projects in the nation at UCSF Mission Bay Medical Center, where he coordinates and administers ongoing on-site construction. Rob and his team ensure that all technology installations meet the contract requirements, UCSF standards, and original design intent. He enjoys being a part of the building process as well as installing technology solutions, in order to ultimately enrich the experience for both patients and providers. Rob is a team player, collaborating with everyone on the UCSF integrated project delivery team.
Family Above All
Rob is always striving for personal growth, and finds his greatest source of inspiration in his extended family. His children now have families of their own, and Rob derives immense joy from spending time with his grandchildren. The latest addition to the family, Rob’s new grandson, is already a major part of his life.
Don’t Forget Your Dancing Shoes
Rob participates in dance classes and events weekly. Ballroom and salsa let him relax, have a good time, and make new friends. He’s always been active, but Rob says dance has provided him new ways to improve his coordination and balance, de-clutter his mind, and live in the present moment.
Music Connecting People
A long-time fan of listening to music, Rob recently discovered that he enjoys performing too. He taps into his inner passion by practicing guitar, African drums, and singing. Whether it’s at a concert or jamming with his drumming group, interacting with people through music sets him free, Rob says.
