Overview
This project consisted of two new buildings located in San Francisco’s historic Chinatown/North Beach neighborhood. The 14-story and 5-story structures contain classrooms, culinary space, a library, teaching laboratories, an auditorium, a child development center, lounge, meeting spaces, and offices for students, teachers, and administrators.

TEECOM’s Contribution
The systems covered included telecommunications infrastructure design, horizontal cabling, IT room design, a CATV distribution system, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection system and integrated audiovisual systems.

Behind the Walls
Any college campus construction project focuses on facilitating learning with a consciousness for cost. This project incorporated technology and systems to facilitate an interactive learning experience for students and staff, including audio visual systems in key learning spaces.
