Daniel believes in the importance of coordination and documentation to ensure that our clients’ visions are fully implemented in each project.

Danielle ensures the accuracy and efficiency of TEECOM’s financial operations as an Accounting Manager. For the past 15 years, she has worked in financial reporting and process optimization, specializing in streamlining accounting workflows and leveraging technology to support business growth. Danielle is passionate about integrating best practices to drive informed decision-making.

Darrel specializes in designing ICT and telecom systems for the data centre industry. For over 29 years, Darrel has developed an expertise for meeting the high demands and complexity of connectivity in mission critical environments. Darrel is motivated by knowledge and is adaptable to new innovations so he can bring a smart approach to an ever-evolving market.

Dave leads our ICT and telecom department, managing the internal operations and processes of his team while also leading external client projects and accounts. For almost 32 years, Dave has been instrumental in the design and implementation of technology in buildings and has managed complex projects in a variety of markets. Dave is skilled in simplifying complex challenges for optimal solutions, keeping a keen eye for details. 

David is a Senior Software Developer with broad experience spanning technology integration, digital asset management, and enterprise software development across a wide range of industries. For ten years, he has built products that simplify connectivity and hide complexity, prioritizing user experience and comprehension, while still allowing for secure and stable growth.

As the founder and leader of TEECOM, David has led by example to create a company where all employees work toward the same goal: integrating forward-thinking and innovative ideas and technology into buildings that are practical and align with the business objectives of our clients. For over 25 years, David has pushed the boundaries of technology’s capabilities in the built environment and continues to seek innovative solutions to complex challenges. Dawn maintains a diverse area of expertise, specializing in cross-disciplinary project coordination, drafting, and comprehensive BIM management. For over 25 years, she has excelled across the AEC industry as a civil, architectural, and structural drafter, guiding complex projects while simultaneously managing design systems, software platforms, and standards. Dawn thrives on the variety and challenge of modeling and finds immense satisfaction in seeing a project transition seamlessly from initial schematic design to a completed physical reality.

Deb is a highly skilled and experienced ICT designer and project manager. For over 20 years, Deb has gained a wide variety of knowledge and perspectives from being on the client, contractor, and engineering side of technology communications. Deb is a dedicated and determined professional who believes in utilizing collaboration and a can-do attitude to bring the best solutions to the table. 

Dedrick designs scalable, high-performance infrastructures across healthcare, education, multi-dwelling units, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors. Throughout his career, Dedrick has focused on implementing robust wireless systems that enhance connectivity and support the project's goals. Dedrick values operational efficiency, aiming to deliver reliable designs that directly improve critical business operations.

Doug serves as Principal, Discipline lead, leveraging over 20 years of experience in audiovisual consulting to deliver highly functional technology spaces. For the past 20 years, Doug has designed AV systems informed by a background in business strategy and software development, alongside a disciplined methodology inspired by Japanese woodworking. Doug believes in a thoughtful design approach grounded in clearly defined design needs, technical rigor, and a focus on end-user experience.

In the course of Drew's career in Security Design Consulting, he has assumed a multitude of roles based on the needs of a project: Owner's representative, Architect's Subcontractor, embedded Project Manager, and others. For over seven years, he has provided comprehensive security design services across various market verticals, including higher education, municipalities, healthcare, data centers, and corporate enterprises. Drew believes that providing safer and more secure environments is a win for all - whether through systems design, site assessments, or standards development.

Dylyn excels at identifying and mitigating risks for our security market. For over 20 years, he has enhanced his technical expertise, propelling him into project management, where his proactive approach results in projects completed on time and under budget. Dylyn approaches everything he does with passion and a positive outlook, always seeking to learn and grow from each experience.

Ed is a versatile security and audiovisual designer who specializes in maintaining CAD standards and the aviation market. For over five years, he has meticulously engineered sophisticated security, teledata, and audiovisual solutions for international airports, government facilities, and corporate environments. Ed believes in the power of precision and standardization to bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and seamless, real-world installation.

Elisabeth manages a wide variety of projects designing complementary audiovisual and acoustics systems. For over 12 years, she has worked internationally on projects designing interrelated systems that function coherently. Elisabeth relies on communication and coordination to understand client goals, choose the appropriate technologies, and design systems that exceed those goals.

Erin specializes in security systems and is exceptionally skilled at simultaneously managing complex projects. For over 15 years, Erin has created dynamic design solutions and focused on committing to completing projects on time and within budget. Erin strives to be a confident leader for both his client’s projects and the teams he manages.
