Bayer Healthcare replaced their previous access control system that integrates with a video management system. The security system, spreading across 50 buildings, includes 400 card readers connected to 52 access control panels, 170 analog cameras, and 30 IP cameras. TEECOM worked closely with Bayer to provide site assessments, design and engineering, procurement, and construction administration.

The Employee Center incorporates exam rooms, offices, procedure spaces, a 2,000 sf career lab, and a fitness center. The Connector Building functions as a corporate office hub. The three-building Child Care Center incorporates director offices, classrooms, and other amenities.
