We make technology work in buildings
We take on the complexity of technology planning in buildings to create a seamless experience for our clients and end-users.
Our Values
Since 1997, our core values have been at the root of everything that we do. They are the driving force behind our successes. At TEECOM, exhibiting care, trust, and value comes as second nature because we hire team members who already embody these values. Whether we’re on a job site, working on a design over screen share, or getting work done from our home offices, we always keep our colleagues and clients top of mind.

Culture at TEECOM
Over the past 25 years, we’ve grown steadily and embraced change. We attribute this progress not only to the value we provide clients, but to a company culture that attracts and retains the best talent this industry has to offer.
Company-wide clarity
We value transparency because we believe it helps create fairness and sets standards for how we do things as a company. We have discussions through public Slack channels, company-wide meetings, and “ask me anything” sessions with the leadership team. We talk about our goals, performance metrics, lessons learned, and ways to improve. And of course, we recognize and celebrate employee and team achievements.
Our global office
Being a fully remote team means we can hire the best people, regardless of where they live. We’ve got all the tools, education, and mentorship that employees need to thrive and grow in their careers. Not to mention the flexibility our team members enjoy – It’s a win-win.
Achieving great results, together
We believe that teamwork and cross-collaboration are the driving forces behind our best work. With all the resources needed to collectively answer questions and address problems together - no obstacle is too big or too small for our team.
Creating a more equitable future
We are actively working to correct societal and systemic inequities through our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program and WXIE, our employee resource group for women and gender minorities. Both of these employee-led programs play a major role in:
- Ensuring pay and promotion equity
- Diversifying our recruiting sources and working with inclusive job boards
- Promoting educational trainings on DEI-related topics
- Creating safe spaces and lifting up employee voices
Recognizing all that we do
One of the things we're most proud of is that our employees have repeatedly voted us as a top place to work. As our team grows, we hope to continue achieving this recognition by upholding our values of care, trust, and value.
