With over 9 years of experience, Abner has developed his skills as a drafter and modeler, overseeing construction drawing delivery for projects ranging from 100K sf to 1M sf. Abner values workflow optimization, training creation and documentation, and team building.

Adam oversees telecommunications design projects, ensuring seamless integration across various market verticals. For over 15 years, he has gained extensive experience in telecommunications design, specializing in retail, workplace, education and sports venues. Adam believes that teamwork and clear communication are paramount to successfully delivering telecom projects.

Adam specializes in wireless, ERRCS, and DAS systems and also performs integrated technology services for ICT, security, and audiovisual systems. For over 15 years, Adam has enjoyed tackling the challenges of modern technology and adaptability. Adam is an advocate of building authentic relationships with his clients and takes the time to find the best possible solution to meet their needs. 

Aga enhances our production team as a brilliant BIM Specialist. For over 14 years, she has worked on diverse projects ranging from large-scale data centers and structured cabling systems to network, security, and audiovisual designs. Aga enjoys collaborating with engineers and all other disciplines to deliver high-quality and fully coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.

Alex leads cross-functional team collaboration towards achieving client satisfaction. For over 20 years, he has honed his expertise in technology consulting, specializing in communications and signal systems, and electronic security systems design and integration. Alex values effective communication, believes in cultivating effective working relationships, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.

Alex is our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Director of R&D, keeping our team and clients up-to-date with the latest technologies. For over 15 years, Alex’s research and leadership has enabled TEECOM to plan for future trends and insights and maximize long-term flexibility. Alex is driven by the notion that advancements in technology bring something new every day. Today, Alex’s team focuses on developing new tools for designing the world’s most complex facilities. Alex excels in infrastructure and telecommunication network consultancy, offering expertise in data centre design. For over seven years, Alex has skillfully orchestrated comprehensive telecommunications systems for hyperscale data centres, ensuring seamless connectivity. Alex values fostering innovation and efficiency through design leadership and emphasizes resilient telecommunications design and sustainability in construction. 

Alyssa provides support for Revit documentation and coordinates BIM projects for our mission critical clients. For over 5 years, she has worked in the AEC industry implementing creative solutions using digital technologies. Alyssa values precision in Revit and enjoys integrating design and construction through BIM coordination.

Arnel is our subject matter expert and team lead in audiovisual systems; he has a multi-disciplinary background in security systems and project management services. For over 15 years, Arnel has brought excellence, expertise, and innovation to every project and client. Arnel prioritizes his client’s goals and visions by actively listening and asking thoughtful questions to define, design, and bring their audiovisual visions to life. 

Austin monitors industry trends and works with our technical team to produce content relating to our key services and the markets we serve. For over 10 years, he has leveraged his experience in marketing and communications across various industries, crafting strategic messaging and gaining a deep grasp of marketing dynamics. His expertise helps establish TEECOM as a leading player in the industry.

Austin leads projects, supports teams, and collaborates with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. For over 20 years, he has leveraged his diverse industry background, including healthcare, higher education, workplace, and cultural market verticals, to find innovative solutions that improve performance while balancing cost-effectiveness. Austin is on our Client Relations team and specializes in cultivating and expanding relationships with TEECOM clients through a deep understanding of the data center market. For over 10 years, he has honed his experience in business development, project management, and engineering. By understanding client needs and fostering collaboration, Austin ensures projects are executed with precision and speed to market, delivering exceptional value every time.

Ben facilitates electrical, telecom, audiovisual, and security consulting for our workplace and healthcare market verticals. For over 5 years, he has developed a comprehensive background in audio and video production, recently transitioning to the AEC industry to leverage his technical and creative skills. Ben values clear communication and enjoys translating complex technical information into accessible terms. 

Ben leads multiple large-scale data center projects for our BIM department. For over 10 years, he has worked in the AEC industry, refining his skills in contract writing and trade purchasing. Ben values meticulous planning and execution for large-scale projects.

Bill supports our healthcare projects as a design lead and engineer of record. For over 14 years, he has worked in the planning, design, and construction administration of multiple hospitals implementing technology systems. Bill enjoys creating constructible and usable solutions for clients and end-users.
