Dave leads our ICT and telecom department, managing the internal operations and processes of his team while also leading external client projects and accounts. For almost 32 years, Dave has been instrumental in the design and implementation of technology in buildings and has managed complex projects in a variety of markets. Dave is skilled in simplifying complex challenges for optimal solutions, keeping a keen eye for details. 

Jason is a team lead and highly experienced Professional Engineer, ICT designer, and project manager, leading one of our largest Partner accounts. For over 15 years, Jason has obtained vast knowledge and expertise in design and engineering of complex technology systems for global project expansions. Jason is dedicated to understanding his client’s needs to provide the best solution possible. 

Shaun brings over 25 years of integration, design, and management experience to his role as our EMEA team lead. He gets satisfaction out of seeing the process through from inception to delivery, from initial conversation to client hand-off. Shaun believes that engineering isn’t just about the technical aspect; it’s about the interaction with people—that's why he excels at working with key stakeholders to understand client requirements and building a team to deliver success while championing the client's vision all the way through. 

Mike leads our ICT and telecom department focused in the mission critical market and manages one of our top data center client’s overall technology program. For over 20 years, Mike has a proven track record of providing project management services for large, complex projects for major healthcare campuses and hyperscale data centers. Mike ensures that every project he manages is on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations.
