Technology infrastructure for industrial and manufacturing facilities face stringent and complex requirements. Telecommunication, security, audiovisual, and wireless systems must operate efficiently throughout the facility, including cleanrooms, corrosive environments, and electrically classified spaces (Class 1 Division 2).
Our design approach begins with a deep understanding of each system we support, our client’s criteria, and the environment within which the system has to perform. A typical industrial facility will have multiple systems, each with their own criteria for performance, redundancy, or separation from one another. While some systems are within buildings, others may need to operate in outdoor or hazardous environments, requiring specialized considerations.

It includes a new semiconductor manufacturing facility encompassing 200,000 sf, new manufacturing support, process utility, emergency generator buildings, central utility building, parking garage, site infrastructure, and associated outbuilding. TEECOM provided programming detail design services and services during construction.
