Asking the Right Questions
With over 16 years of experience, Larry provides leadership and guidance to the entire TEECOM TEEm, overseeing the Engineering Department. His background in computer technology combined with strong, practical knowledge of the facility construction process enables him to understand our clients and create innovative solutions that best fit their needs. It’s no wonder our clients rave about his “attention to detail,” how he “asks the right questions,” and has a “genuine willingness to do whatever is required to produce a smooth and cost-effective project!”
Know Where You’re Going
Swim bootcamp? Yes, please. Taking to the water is Larry¹s latest passion. Intense freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly workouts with a local master swim team get his heart rate up. Besides keeping in shape, Larry is training for a two mile off-shore swim. Practice will help him know where he¹s going and avoid colliding with his opponents. It¹s a maxim that he says applies to life as well as to swimming.
Constantly Challenging Himself
Every Saturday morning, before the day begins, Larry goes for a mountain bike ride. He says his weekly ritual not only relieves stress, but is a way for him to challenge himself with 2,200-foot climbs followed by a rewarding downhill. When time permits, he rides with one of the TEEm’s many avid bicyclists to de-stress at the end of the day.
Technology + Meat = Awesome
Who knew smoking meat and vegetables could be so high tech? As a proud owner of the acclaimed Kamado Joe kamado-style cooker, Larry merges his passion for technology with his love for food. He says smoking meat is a great challenge that is not as easy as it looks. There’s a real science to getting the water, wood, and meat just right. But with a little experimentation and innovative recipes, Larry smokes meat that tastes better than what the local restaurant serves.
