Larry is a subject matter expert in ICT and telecom systems and provides leadership and guidance to our entire project delivery team. For over 25 years, Larry has combined his background in computer technology with strong, practical expertise in facility design and construction processes, enabling him to provide our clients with innovative solutions. As a frequent Engineer-of-Record, Larry’s attention to detail is second to none. He ensures he pushes his clients to think outside the box by asking the right questions and has a genuine willingness to produce a cost-effective solution. 

Larry designs audiovisual systems for various clients in the workplace, higher education, and civic markets. For over 20 years, he has used his skills in QSC, Creston, Extron, Biamp, VoIP, automation, system design, and display technology to deliver fully integrated systems for his clients. Larry values working with collaborative teams and strives to deliver quality projects that enhance his clients’ audiovisual capabilities.

Laura designs comprehensive ICT systems for complex projects. For over 10 years, she has engineered integrated cabling, security, audiovisual, and network solutions across mission critical, healthcare, government, higher education, and corporate sectors. Laura believes in delivering seamless, constructible technology designs by actively coordinating every project phase, to ensure robust long-term performance.

Lauren is a passionate designer with a mix of hands-on fieldwork and consulting experience, allowing her to approach projects holistically; from concept through completion. For over 10 years, Lauren has supported a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, higher education, corporate, manufacturing, and K-12. Lauren focuses on delivering thoughtfully designed security and technology solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique operational needs; balancing innovation, reliability, and protection at every level.

Leyla is a technical project manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering multi-workstream infrastructure projects in both the public and private sectors. For over 10 years, she has led multiple project teams through complex fit-out, relocation, and construction projects. With an analytical, detail-oriented mindset, Leyla applies creative thinking and innovative problem solving to achieve success in all areas of her work.

Lilianna is a detail-oriented analytical designer with a keen understanding of how to approach a problem effectively. For the past few years, she has grown her expertise by working in the mission critical market as a systems engineer for defense contractors. Lilianna is an active learner who values accomplishing tasks in an efficient and creative manner.

Lindsey is an experienced BIM Specialist on our mission critical project delivery team. For over 5 years, she has immersed herself in BIM, gaining professional experience in Construction Management and specializing in luxury custom homes, commercial, and industrial projects. Lindsey values the collaborative nature of her work, enjoying the process of bringing projects to life in the 3D realm.

Mackensie brings a hands-on clinical perspective to healthcare technology design, focusing on the integration of critical communication and patient-monitoring systems. For the past few years, she worked as a biomedical equipment technician, acquiring valuable end-user experience troubleshooting nurse call and patient monitoring platforms alongside certified surgical systems. Mackensie deeply values building strong interpersonal relationships, reliability, and integrity, focusing on leveraging her medical background to deliver seamless experiences for clients.

Makenzie manages complex projects and process optimization as a PMP-certified Project Manager. For over five years, she has led cross-functional teams from start to finish and provided deliverables across cybersecurity, energy, and business operations sectors. Makenzie believes in bringing people together to solve problems, enjoying continuous learning and building clear, organized plans that deliver impactful results.
