For over 20 years, he has leveraged his diverse industry background, including healthcare, higher education, workplace, and cultural market verticals, to find innovative solutions that improve performance while balancing cost-effectiveness. Austin is an Associate Principal with broad experience spanning education, workplace, and cultural projects.  For over 10 years, he has applied a holistic approach to design, integrating a deep understanding of building systems and how they work together to support complex environments. Austin emphasizes a thoughtful, systems-based approach and partners with building owners to guide them toward technology solutions that are reliable, scalable, and effective in meeting business needs.

Austin utilizes his expertise in designing telecom systems for some of our largest clients in the technology industry. For over six years, he has honed his skills in electrical systems for mission critical, commercial, and laboratory projects. Austin believes in continuous growth and has dedicated himself to improving as a telecom designer. 

Austin is on our Client Relations team and specializes in cultivating and expanding relationships with TEECOM clients through a deep understanding of the data center market. For over 10 years, he has honed his experience in business development, project management, and engineering. By understanding client needs and fostering collaboration, Austin ensures projects are executed with precision and speed to market, delivering exceptional value every time.

Basim transforms real-world conditions into high-fidelity digital models as a BIM Specialist. For over five years, Basim has specialized in surveying and multi-disciplinary BIM coordination, now applying that expertise to support TEECOM’s data-driven technology solutions. Basim values innovation, accuracy, and collaboration—leveraging point cloud capture and As-Built modeling to streamline workflows and enhance construction documentation.

Ben leads multiple large-scale data center projects for our BIM department. For over 10 years, he has worked in the AEC industry, refining his skills in contract writing and trade purchasing. Ben values meticulous planning and execution for large-scale projects.

Bianca is an innovative engineer focused on creative problem-solving and collaborative design. With over five years of experience and dual degrees in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University, Bianca has developed strong skills in CAD design, coding, and technical communication. Bianca believes in combining technical expertise and teamwork to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions.

Bill supports our healthcare projects as a design lead and engineer of record. For over 14 years, he has worked in the planning, design, and construction administration of multiple hospitals implementing technology systems. Bill enjoys creating constructible and usable solutions for clients and end-users.

Brent excels at collaborating with complex teams on large building projects. With over 23 years of experience, he brings a breadth of knowledge in telecommunications and computer science which is evident in his work. Brent’s project philosophy is to design his clients’ telecom systems the way he would design his own if he were the owner.

Brett leads complex security projects, focused on our mission critical market. For over 15 years, he has spent his time as a Systems Analyst as well as a Security Technology Leader, modernizing security infrastructure. Brett promotes the strategic overhaul of security systems to enhance the safety and operations of his clients’ facilities.

Brian is a board-certified security professional who specializes in program management for security systems design and project management. For over 15 years, he has worked with all aspects of security systems, both on the consultant and client side. Brian believes in hard work, attention to detail, and enjoys training the next generation of security professionals.

Brianne provides a wealth of experience to our security team as a Senior BIM Specialist. For over 10 years, she has honed her expertise in BIM as she works on large-scale projects. Brianne enjoys navigating the balance of simplicity and complexity that BIM offers, leveraging her expertise to enhance our projects.

Brock designs sound and effective physical security systems for Mission Critical clients across the U.S. For over 12 years, he has had firsthand experience in the full spectrum of system implementation including system planning, design, construction administration, and commissioning. Brock strives to synergize stakeholders' needs and expectations throughout a project and ultimately deliver functional and cost-effective products and services.
