Clay champions BIM standards for a wide range of projects and mentors production staff on his team. For over 20 years, he has cultivated an expertise in new technology, including multiple forms of BIM design software. Clay enjoys challenging projects that integrate design principles and technology.

Cody is a dedicated and performance-driven project manager who administers diverse operations for our hyperscale data center clients. For over eight years, he has worked end-to-end in the project lifecycle for mission critical projects centered around achieving growth and sustainability. Cody enjoys his role as a project manager as it allows him to use his exceptional interpersonal skills and to foster and fortify productive professional relationships.

Colin is a Senior Software Developer who supports TEECOM by bridging architecture, computational design, and software engineering to create innovative digital solutions. For over 10 years, he has applied his expertise in computational design and software development to enhance interoperability, automation, and data-driven workflows across the AEC industry. Colin values continuous learning and technical creativity, leveraging his architectural foundation and coding proficiency to deliver intelligent, efficient, and future-focused design technology.

Daniel provides design and consulting for electronic security systems and ensures the successful delivery of coordinated projects. With over 10 years experience in project management and information systems, he combines his background with industry leading education to provide future-forward design solutions. Daniel believes in the importance of coordination and documentation to ensure that our clients’ visions are fully implemented in each project.

Danielle ensures the accuracy and efficiency of TEECOM’s financial operations as an Accounting Manager. For the past 15 years, she has worked in financial reporting and process optimization, specializing in streamlining accounting workflows and leveraging technology to support business growth. Danielle is passionate about integrating best practices to drive informed decision-making.

Daniel is an experienced Senior BIM Specialist who dedicates his work to hyper-scale data centre projects. For over 15 years, he has worked with contractors and consultants in the retail, workplace, and mission critical sectors, while focusing on his BIM skills within the mission critical industry for the past five years. Daniel enjoys recognizing problems as early as possible with a dedication to the phrase "measure twice, cut once."

Darrel specializes in designing ICT and telecom systems for the data centre industry. For over 29 years, Darrel has developed an expertise for meeting the high demands and complexity of connectivity in mission critical environments. Darrel is motivated by knowledge and is adaptable to new innovations so he can bring a smart approach to an ever-evolving market.

Dave leads our ICT and telecom department, managing the internal operations and processes of his team while also leading external client projects and accounts. For almost 32 years, Dave has been instrumental in the design and implementation of technology in buildings and has managed complex projects in a variety of markets. Dave is skilled in simplifying complex challenges for optimal solutions, keeping a keen eye for details.

Deb is a highly skilled and experienced ICT designer and project manager. For over 20 years, Deb has gained a wide variety of knowledge and perspectives from being on the client, contractor, and engineering side of technology communications. Deb is a dedicated and determined professional who believes in utilizing collaboration and a can-do attitude to bring the best solutions to the table. 

Donald provides technology consulting and design services focused on IT, communications, security, and smart building systems for complex workspace and building environments. With over 25 years of experience, he has delivered integrated solutions in network infrastructure, wireless and mobile systems, IoT, AV, and CCTV across workplace, healthcare, and public sector projects. He believes in aligning client goals with technology strategies, ensuring effective design, procurement, and implementation that support long-term operational success.

In the course of Drew's career in Security Design Consulting, he has assumed a multitude of roles based on the needs of a project: Owner's representative, Architect's Subcontractor, embedded Project Manager, and others. For over seven years, he has provided comprehensive security design services across various market verticals, including higher education, municipalities, healthcare, data centers, and corporate enterprises. Drew believes that providing safer and more secure environments is a win for all - whether through systems design, site assessments, or standards development.

Dylyn excels at identifying and mitigating risks for our security market. For over 20 years, he has enhanced his technical expertise, propelling him into project management, where his proactive approach results in projects completed on time and under budget. Dylyn approaches everything he does with passion and a positive outlook, always seeking to learn and grow from each experience.
