Evan excels as a Senior BIM Specialist, specializing in problem-solving and team support. For over 10 years he has been involved in various sectors including technology, healthcare, bio-pharma, and civic/government projects. Evan values precision and teamwork, drawing from his inquisitive and personable nature.

Evan Nielson
Evan specializes in the design and implementation of integrated physical security systems for hyperscale data centers. For over 10 years, he has applied a strategic and efficient approach to deliver advanced physical security technology solutions for the mission critical, healthcare, and financial sectors. Evan enjoys using his in-depth understanding of electronic security systems to help clients solve unique challenges and succeed in their projects.

Fanes Casimir
Fanes is a dedicated engineer with a background in computer engineering and hands-on experience across automation, infrastructure, and physical security systems. For over five years, he has supported mission critical security and electronics systems, where he led root-case analysis efforts, developed automation to streamline operations, and supported high-availability infrastructure. Fanes focuses on building reliability and secure and scalable solutions, while continuously improving processes through automation and thoughtful design.

Frances Sin
Frances supports project teams in effectively deploying Revit for integrated design. With over five years of experience, she has assisted numerous team members in BIM coordination and standards across various projects, primarily in healthcare. Frances takes pleasure in aligning the team's vision with the project's design and drafting to ensure the highest quality delivery.

Francisco Capristo Jr.
Francisco serves as a key Revit problem solver for TEECOM in his role as Senior BIM specialist. For over 20 years, he eagerly embraced Revit’s potential to enhance the design process, collaborating with engineers as a 3D model consultant. Francisco values effective teamwork, ensuring seamless coordination to translate the virtual construction of a building into precise construction documents.

Frank Zumaeta
Frank serves as an Associate specializing in security design and integration, maintaining a diverse area of expertise in crafting safe, functional, and highly secure environments. For over 10 years, he has collaborated directly with clients, contractors, business development, and operations teams to enforce strict design standards and deliver reliable electronic security systems. Frank values cross-functional collaboration and alignment, focusing on bridging the gap between client expectations and field execution to ensure every security solution operates flawlessly.

Geoff enjoys learning about the latest technology and brainstorming use cases to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Grant designs telecom systems for mission critical and industrial facilities across the globe. For over 15 years, he has worked both in technology design and on the job site, seeing paper concepts evolve into constructed reality. Grant believes in asking his clients the right questions and taking the time to find the best possible solution to meet their needs.

Hayley orchestrates our EMEA project delivery teams as a skilled project manager. Over her 16 years of experience, she has become well-versed in every project delivery stage and communicates effectively with her team to provide the best data and analytics for each project. Hayley believes in the famous quote, “Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference,” if one shows care, kindness, gratitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn, they will succeed and make a difference.

Hezekiah serves as an acoustical designer with a diverse area of expertise, specializing in mitigating environmental noise and spatial acoustics. For the past few years, he has designed acoustic solutions for commercial offices, higher education spaces, performing arts centers, and concert halls.
