For over five years, he has supported mission critical security and electronics systems, where he led root-case analysis efforts, developed automation to streamline operations, and supported high-availability infrastructure. Fanes focuses on building reliability and secure and scalable solutions, while continuously improving processes through automation and thoughtful design.

With over five years of experience, she has assisted numerous team members in BIM coordination and standards across various projects, primarily in healthcare. Frances takes pleasure in aligning the team's vision with the project's design and drafting to ensure the highest quality delivery.

Francisco serves as a key Revit problem solver for TEECOM in his role as Senior BIM specialist. For over 20 years, he eagerly embraced Revit’s potential to enhance the design process, collaborating with engineers as a 3D  model consultant. Francisco values effective teamwork, ensuring seamless coordination to translate the virtual construction of a building into precise construction documents. 

Frank serves as an Associate specializing in security design and integration, maintaining a diverse area of expertise in crafting safe, functional, and highly secure environments. For over 10 years, he has collaborated directly with clients, contractors, business development, and operations teams to enforce strict design standards and deliver reliable electronic security systems. Frank values cross-functional collaboration and alignment, focusing on bridging the gap between client expectations and field execution to ensure every security solution operates flawlessly.

Jacob enjoys solving complex technical challenges through the development of integrated, high-performance system designs.
