For over 10 years, she has worked across enterprise security and large scale infrastructure projects translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans. Jessica values operational excellence through proactive communication, risk-forward planning, and alignment between all project stakeholders.

John Hurson
John is a telecom designer specializing in advanced technology solutions for complex projects. For over 15 years, he has delivered high-quality design products under both aggressive schedules and long-term client engagements, working closely with clients and stakeholders to guide design decisions. John believes that paying attention to the little details can make all the difference in consistently producing great quality work

Jonathan Thibodeau
Jonathan serves as a designer within the telecom and security disciplines, specializing in solutions for the mission critical and biotech sectors. For the past few years, Jonathan has focused on tackling complex design challenges and learning to rapidly build his technical excellence. Jonathan is driven by a passion for problem-solving and is dedicated to developing his design and project management skills.

Jon Mackay
With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Jon is instrumental in the design and installation of a wide variety of projects across the US. Jon is an expert in all aspects of telecommunications design, specializing in IP systems, network electronics, and associated power distribution, aerial and underground outside plant infrastructure, air blown fiber (ABF), wireless systems, security and access control, emergency notification, systems, data centers, equipment procurement, logistics, and construction management.

Jordan Cornelison
Jordan maintains a diverse area of expertise as a telecommunications designer, delivering specialized solutions in ISP/OSP infrastructure, wireless systems, and integrated security technologies. For the past five years, he has cultivated a diverse portfolio across the healthcare, education, federal, and aviation sectors, reinforcing a telecom foundation with elite RCDD, CTS, and ECSE-D certifications. Jordan believes in the power of multidisciplinary collaboration and building trust to create sustainable, connected spaces where people can effectively work, live, and play.

Jordan Pacello
Jordan supports TEECOM as a People Operations Generalist, partnering across teams to manage employee benefits, drive People Operations initiatives, and foster a positive employee experience. For over five years, Jordan has built scalable programs in benefits administration, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement, drawing on experience from growth-stage tech companies. Jordan values authentic connection and continuous improvement, striving to create people-first processes that balance compliance, empathy, and business needs.

Jordan Rivchun
Jordan is a Principal, Vice President of Client Relations, where he leads strategic client engagement and growth across the commercial, workplace, and enterprise markets. For over 20 years, his work has focused on aligning technology and the built environment with practical business and operational outcomes. Jordan is relied on by clients and peers for clear judgment, practical experience, and long-term thinking, shaped by time spent on both the operator and manufacturer sides of the industry.

Joseph Cassler
Joseph applies his electrical engineering background to specialize in designing audiovisual technology solutions. For over five years, he has focused on audiovisual systems design across a range of sectors including education, commercial, transportation, healthcare, and corporate environments. Joseph is dedicated to delivering tailored audiovisual solutions that enhance user experience.

Josh Biele
Josh designs detailed telecom systems for healthcare and workplace facilities. For over 13 years, he has worked on electrical and IT contracts, performing services such as server and network engineering, project management, fieldwork, sales, and procurement. Josh values hard work and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Julia Byon
Julia sees her role as providing in-house tools to answer questions and enable higher efficiency within TEECOM; functions of her work have ranged from building embedded Revit tools to dashboards. Over the past seven years, she has worked from being a data analyst in the media industry to a technology developer for engineering firms. Julia aims to empower her peers to make informed decisions, whether it is through data visualizations or providing opportunities to increase technical skills or documentation.

Justin Albrecht
Justin is a telecom subject matter expert with extensive experience managing diverse telecom design teams and delivering high-quality solutions in demanding engineering environments. For over 20 years, he has led large-scale telecom projects for Fortune 500 clients, leveraging extensive experience at all levels of design and engineering to effectively communicate and solve complex challenges. Justin values collaboration and precision, ensuring seamless project execution by guiding clients and teams through every phase, from defining project scope to overseeing construction and close-out efforts.

Kaitlin Baker
Kaitlin is an acoustic consultant who designs thoughtful, performance-driven acoustic environments across diverse sectors. For over five years, Kaitlin has cultivated broad expertise across broadcast, arts, science, aviation, commercial property, healthcare, and multi-family residential markets. She is a trained bassoonist who combines her musical experience and technical foundation in acoustics to bring a unique perspective to design and collaboration. Kaitlin believes acoustics play a vital role in creating healthy, safe, and inclusive spaces, and values prioritizing the individual needs of clients and users, designing environments that truly work for the people who inhabit them.

Katie Bornetun
Katie leads BIM efforts on security for Mission Critical projects. For over five years, she has developed her skills working with an industry-leading electrical contractor, focused primarily on Healthcare, Higher Ed, and Mission Critical projects. Katie brings a meticulous perspective to her projects and consistently provides the client with the best possible outcome.

Katy Bussell
Katy is a detail-oriented project manager specializing in proactive collaboration, efficient workflow management, and rigorous project execution. For over five years, she has leveraged her marketing background to successfully drive complex initiatives, facilitate clear communication while maintaining tight schedules and securing key milestones. Katy values organization and dependability, focusing on building aligned team dynamics to ensure timely, seamless delivery of every project.

Kenneth Webb, Jr.
Kenneth is responsible for overseeing all technical operations at TEECOM, streamlining operations to keep our technical staff at peak performance and efficiency. For over 30 years, Kenneth’s work process disseminates knowledge and he’s spent the past 10 years building a strong partnership for one of our global client expansion accounts. Kenneth is passionate about keeping the team as efficient as possible by removing the need for employees to spend time reinventing the wheel.
