For over 5 years, she has immersed herself in BIM, gaining professional experience in Construction Management and specializing in luxury custom homes, commercial, and industrial projects. Lindsey values the collaborative nature of her work, enjoying the process of bringing projects to life in the 3D realm.

As a Principal Consultant and Project Manager, Luke strives to improve his clients’ lives through effective and seamless audiovisual design. With over 25 years of experience in the AV industry, Luke relies on his expertise in design, consultation, and project management to collaborate with all those involved to complete thoughtful, accessible, and inspired solutions.  Luke loves audio and video systems that are functional, user-friendly, and designed with class - he incorporates these passions into his work each and every day. 

Malcolm delivers expert telecom design engineering solutions across complex, multidisciplinary projects. For the past few years, he has led innovative design work supporting projects through their full lifecycle in sectors including healthcare, mission critical, logistics, retail, education, and defense. Malcolm values timely, detail-driven design and helping clients achieve their goals.

MariaPaz is an experienced designer with expertise in building information modeling (BIM) and technical documentation. For over ten years, she has contributed to project delivery teams across the healthcare, manufacturing, and life sciences markets. MariaPaz values teamwork and clear communication; she is passionate about knowledge sharing, interdisciplinary coordination, and delivering projects on time.

Marie is our Marketing Director, leading a strong team to hit annual and quarterly goals, objectives, and strategies for all marketing initiatives. For over 10 years, she has been advancing her skill sets in the professional services world and has built a strong knowledge base of how marketing strategies align with business development endeavors and overall company goals. Marie values the importance of fostering relationships with our team members and clients in order to learn from each other and ultimately achieve project success. 

Mark not only delivers exceptional ICT and telecom professional services in a variety of markets, he also leads the charge for TEECOM’s technical pursuit process and quality control. For the past 40 years, Mark has helped numerous clients and projects achieve their technology goals and has gained numerous repeat clients. Mark’s philosophy is to develop strong relationships and understand his client’s unique needs. 

Mark brings an extensive background in the healthcare market, specifically working with BIM and technology systems. For over 5 years, Mark has led collaborative MEPT coordination in Revit/Navisworks/Revizto, as well as led Revit standards development, utilizing data-driven BIM philosophy and automation for efficiency. Mark values efficient, repeatable processes to ensure accuracy while building confidence and trust with teams and clients.

Marlon leads and delivers mission critical design solutions, successfully presenting hyperscale projects that meet and exceed client standards. For over 5 years, he has worked as an AEC design professional across multiple market sectors, including data center white space, aviation infrastructure, and new-build/vendor swap radio tower designs. Marlon values making the most of every opportunity to expand his knowledge in order to deliver a comprehensive consulting experience.

Mary specializes in BIM coordination on complex, large-scale global projects. For over five years, she has applied her architectural and BIM expertise to support interdisciplinary design teams. Mary believes in the power of intelligent design and technology integration, leveraging her conservation background and BIM experience to deliver fully coordinated models with precision.

Mateus provides security designs for our project delivery team and executes production work through different Autodesk applications to ensure designs meet manufacturer specifications. Over the past few years, he has further developed his skills in multiple avenues of design, obtaining certifications in Genetec’s Consultant Design Training to ensure clients receive the best service possible regarding enterprise security risk management. Mateus believes that clear communication and documentation of priorities with the client and project team can lead to successful deployments of low-voltage systems. 

Matthew plays a pivotal role in driving production and coordination efforts within numerous projects across our healthcare, higher education, and mission critical sectors. For over 15 years, he has honed his expertise and specialized focus exclusively on confidential hyperscale data centers. Matthew values excellence, enjoys tackling challenges, and believes in delivering results with dedication.

For over 20 years, Matthew has honed his expertise in the engineering industry, working on a variety of projects, from office buildings, healthcare facilities, and government projects to highly complex data centers. Matthew aims to provide professionalism, versatility, and a personable touch to serve his team and clients best.

Matthew specializes in the design and implementation of integrated physical security systems across diverse sectors. For over 15 years, he has applied a strategic and efficient approach to deliver advanced technology solutions in healthcare, education, manufacturing, and government environments. Matthew values precise project execution and prioritizes client needs to ensure every solution is effective, reliable, and purpose-driven.

Meijun enriches our BIM team with her knowledge of BIM application across the many stages of the construction project lifecycle. For over 5 years, she has specialized in MEP systems modeling, working across different sectors, including mission critical, healthcare, luxury residential, and labs. Meijun believes BIM is one of the most powerful tools to improve communication across the construction industry and is excited to take on unique challenges to deliver value to clients.

Michael brings a diverse background in low voltage design ranging from structured cabling, audiovisual presentation systems, access control systems and everything in between. For over a decade, he has brought this level of expertise to every project he has contributed to. Michael’s experience with BIM software has culminated in the ability to provide clear drawings in explicit detail.
