As CFO, Todd is charged with safeguarding company assets and guiding our business leaders in effective team management through a financial and operational lens. For over 17 years, he has worked in public accounting and then continued to follow his passion of working alongside technology business owners to grow from startup to large enterprise. Todd emphasizes collaborative, data-driven education to enhance his role’s impact across the organization as a force multiplier.

As TEECOM’s Director of Software Development, Tom designs and develops software to benefit our clients and internal teams. Over the last ten years, he has helped develop numerous tools, applications, and libraries for the web and native platforms. Tom’s curiosity pushes him to explore many possible solutions to a problem and dig deep into technological trade-offs with the goal of delivering high-value, maintainable software.

Tommy leads our recruiting team and ensures that candidates receive the most out of their interview and onboarding experience. For almost 10 years, he has been honing his talents to better understand candidates’ motivators and learn how they want to grow personally and professionally. Tommy values working from a place of humility and honesty and champions those values each and every day.

As TEECOM's Director of Research, Tyler focuses on planning, developing, and testing new approaches to system design that increase quality and efficiency. After earning a master’s degree in architecture from Princeton University, he has spent the past five years, working as a software developer for construction technology and environmental analysis companies. Tyler strives to make sophisticated yet practical tools for the AEC industry that will help eliminate errors, information loss, and ambiguity.

Wayne excels at designing physical security systems and helping clients achieve their goals. With over 20 years of national and global industry experience, his technical expertise spans design, deployment, and implementation of enterprise physical security systems. Wayne believes in cross-functional collaboration and focuses on exceeding expectations and developing strong internal and client relationships. 

William coordinates with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth project delivery and reliable designs within our security market. For the past few years, he has become knowledgeable in electronic security systems and designed them for mission critical facilities. William enjoys learning about new technologies and finding optimal solutions to implement them.

Yuri excels in creative and collaborative audiovisual procurement and project management. For over 15 years, he has enjoyed integrating his experience and passion for all things AV. There’s nothing Yuri looks forward to more than the challenge of designing for prominent clients and recommending cutting-edge audiovisual products that are also reliable and functional.  

Zach provides AutoCAD and Revit support for our data center security design team. With over five years of experience, he has a wealth of knowledge of technical site design and a strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. Zach brings a detail-oriented and highly organized approach to his work. 

Zach focuses his efforts on the development, implementation, support, and execution of BIM drawings for the client and design team's vision. For over 15 years, he has led all phases of diverse commercial projects for industry leading electrical contractors. Zach always strives to give each client the most forward-thinking solutions to their BIM needs and requirements, in the most cost effective way, and while providing the utmost flexibility for the future.
