For the past 40 years, Mark has helped numerous clients and projects achieve their technology goals and has gained numerous repeat clients. Mark’s philosophy is to develop strong relationships and understand his client’s unique needs. 

Mateus provides security designs for our project delivery team and executes production work through different Autodesk applications to ensure designs meet manufacturer specifications. Over the past few years, he has further developed his skills in multiple avenues of design, obtaining certifications in Genetec’s Consultant Design Training to ensure clients receive the best service possible regarding enterprise security risk management. Mateus believes that clear communication and documentation of priorities with the client and project team can lead to successful deployments of low-voltage systems. 

Matthew plays a pivotal role in driving production and coordination efforts within numerous projects across our healthcare, higher education, and mission critical sectors. For over 15 years, he has honed his expertise and specialized focus exclusively on confidential hyperscale data centers. Matthew values excellence, enjoys tackling challenges, and believes in delivering results with dedication.

Matthew provides BIM modeling for our mission critical project delivery team. For over 20 years, Matthew has honed his expertise in the engineering industry, working on a variety of projects, from office buildings, healthcare facilities, and government projects to highly complex data centers. Matthew aims to provide professionalism, versatility, and a personable touch to serve his team and clients best.

McLean specializes in acoustical services including acoustic modeling, measurement and analysis, room acoustics, and spatial audio. For over 10 years, he has worked on a vast spectrum of project sizes and types, including museums, performance spaces, housing, commercial, transit, and spatial audio. McLean enjoys working on collaborative teams that value communication and help improve the quality of life in the built environment.

Meijun enriches our BIM team with her knowledge of BIM application across the many stages of the construction project lifecycle. For over 5 years, she has specialized in MEP systems modeling, working across different sectors, including mission critical, healthcare, luxury residential, and labs. Meijun believes BIM is one of the most powerful tools to improve communication across the construction industry and is excited to take on unique challenges to deliver value to clients.

Mike leads complex BIM production, specializing in technology engineering for data centers. For over 20 years, he has honed his drafting skills in the technology and structural disciplines using CAD and Revit programs. Mike values the collaborative process of teaching and sharing his knowledge.

Michael excels in designing sophisticated technology solutions tailored for challenging situations. For over 10 years, he has utilized his expertise in security design and background in computer information systems to efficiently manage large-scale physical security projects across various industries. Michael takes pride in knowing that his contributions make personnel safer and more secure, and prioritizes this value above all else.

Mike leads our ICT and telecom department focused in the mission critical market and manages one of our top data center client’s overall technology program. For over 20 years, Mike has a proven track record of providing project management services for large, complex projects for major healthcare campuses and hyperscale data centers. Mike ensures that every project he manages is on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations. 

Mike designs telecom infrastructure for industrial facilities and hyperscale data centers. Over the past few years, he has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of telecom design and adapting to unique network design standards. Mike values collaboration and believes in tailoring solutions to meet client specifications.

Mitch focuses on creating construction documents and 3D Revit models while staying at the forefront of new technology. For the past few years, he has developed BIM skills and contributed to the design of offices, labs, and multi-family homes, while managing 3D model standards. Mitch enjoys the ever-evolving nature of the BIM world and thrives on learning new skills in the technology industry to improve team collaboration and efficiency.

Natalie demonstrates a focused and collaborative approach to security design. With over 5  years within the security industry, Natalie's portfolio includes the aviation, civic, higher education, manufacturing, and mission-critical market verticals. Natalie believes the key to a successful project is to stay organized and to listen to the client's needs.

Natasha leads our People Operations team, overseeing activities that support our most valuable asset: our people. With more than 10 years of experience under her belt, she has shaped and driven a wide range of people operations programs and initiatives. Natasha approaches her work with curiosity and empathy; she seeks to understand and support each team member to ensure they have a frictionless and meaningful employee experience.

Nate solves problems and maintains our network as an IT Systems Administrator. He has spent his whole career in tech positions; before TEECOM, he was the Director of IT for a school district. Nate believes that when we encounter new problems or projects with unknown steps, we should remember that given enough information and troubleshooting, we've never been unable to figure something out. 

Nick specializes in acoustical engineering with an expertise in mechanical noise control and environmental noise modeling. For the past few years, Nick has provided valuable solutions for clients across higher education, mission critical, and various other markets. Nick believes that sound shapes our perception of reality, this drives him to create soundscapes that enrich the atmosphere of every space he designs.
