Bay Area Metro Center
San Francisco, CA
Overview
Originally built as a tank manufacturing plant, 390 Main Street was a vacant 8-story, 512,000 sf building in San Francisco’s South of the Market (SOMA) district. Bay Area Headquarters Authority (BAHA) is renovating and revamping the space for office use. BAHA will occupy approximately 240,000 sf including a new 1,800 sf data center. The remainder of the space is designated for multiple separate tenants.

Benefit to the Client
Due to multi-tenant occupancy in the renovated building, TEECOM created an integrated, high-performance common technology platform (data network) that allows all tenants to leverage a shared infrastructure, rather than investing in siloed, proprietary infrastructure that would prove both costly and inefficient. The integrated platform ensures continuity in the user experience for all tenants.
