Although he started his journey in the AEC industry as a drafter, Adam's passion for problem-solving and troubleshooting led him to pursue engineering. As a Principal Consultant at TEECOM, Adam wears many hats, working in telecom, audiovisual, security, and wireless design. He believes in asking his clients the right questions and takes the time to find the best possible responses.
Alex keeps our engineers and our clients up-to-date with the latest technology. His research enables TEECOM to keep clients informed about how technology is expected to evolve over the life of a project. As the head of TEECOM's software development team, TEECOMlabs, Alex is constantly working on new ways for software to improve the built environment.
Show Arnel a blank wall and he can animate it. Show him a door and he can secure it. In fact, Arnel can complete just about any project of any fashion. He mainly focuses on audiovisual and security systems at TEECOM, but his multi-faceted background and experience with all types of projects enable him to tackle a wide variety of challenges. Typically the audiovisual or security systems lead or Project Manager on TEECOM projects, he ensures smooth going from start to finish.
Bob is TEECOM's expert in designing optimal Wi-Fi connectivity. His understanding of network standards, access point mapping, and range enables him to help clients build robust network infrastructures. Bob has also built a personal network of industry partners who respect his opinions and appreciate the value he brings to each project.
Whether she is managing a project pursuit or designing website graphics, Brooke is an expert in of all facets of marketing. She also makes time to give back to the community leading TEECOM’s giving back program, TEECOMcares, and is a committee participant for the Society of Marketers for Professional Services (SMPS) San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
Christina's focused leadership of TEECOM’s internal wellness, client appreciation, and social programs keeps us healthy, grateful, and connected. She plans the firm’s annual Wellness Fair and TEECOMfit challenges, as well as our monthly all-hands meetings, TEEm lunches and happy hours. And, as our TEEm continues to grow, she keeps us on track by assisting with facilities planning and administrative strategy.

While studying engineering and music in college, Elisabeth discovered audiovisual and acoustical consulting and knew it was the career for her. Consulting combines Elisabeth’s technical acumen and strength of communication in a way that appeals to her puzzle-solving nature. She enjoys working on projects that challenge her to innovate, which makes her a perfect fit for TEECOM’s creative clients.
TEECOM first sparked Eli’s interest after she discovered us on an iOS podcast called Core Intuition. The rest is history. Eli is now a Software Developer and creates Apps for Buildings at TEECOMlabs. When she builds an app, Eli likes to focus on the design aspect to create an ideal user experience. She wants it to be easy and fun to use and look attractive and inviting.
Building technology is in Jarod’s blood. With his father in the telecom business, Jarod learned to pull and terminate cable as a teenager. He worked various trades in construction, learning a multitude of skillsets. With security cameras, he found his true interest and never looked back. Jarod’s passion for working in the security industry is a strong motivator. He enjoys the opportunity to make an impact in the local community and in the industry.
Jeff puts his decades of experience across all physical security disciplines to work creating systems that will last for the lifespan of his clients’ buildings. He started his career as a technician doing field implementation, a perspective that informs his approach to usability and efficiency. Jeff oversees the entire security department at TEECOM and ensures that the security component of all projects is integrated within the overall technology system.
Our vast processes can be a challenge for new engineers when they join the TEEm. Kenneth’s goal is to streamline and distribute them to enable TEECOM to operate at peak efficiency. Kenneth fine-tunes the TEECOM work processes by disseminating knowledge, adopting new tools and templates, and improving the work environment.
Larry provides leadership and guidance to the entire TEEm, overseeing the Engineering Department. His knowledge of the facility construction process enables him to understand our clients and create innovative solutions that best fit their needs. It’s no wonder our clients rave about his “attention to detail,” how he “asks the right questions,” and has a “genuine willingness to do whatever it takes!”
As an audiovisual design engineer and project manager at TEECOM, Luke strives to improve his corporate clients’ lives. The user experience is his primary focus. So often, complicated or improperly installed AV is a pain point for clients. Luke designs AV so the technology is seamless to workflow and enjoyable to use. He believes that clients should be able to interact with the technology in their spaces intuitively.
Maria brings to TEECOM more than 17 years of experience in design, assessment, integration, and management of security systems for leading companies in the technology, legal, real estate, healthcare, retail, museum, and educational sectors nationwide. She recognizes the value of her clients and nurtures their ideas by asking questions and taking the time to further educate them on the latest trends in the industry.
Among Mark's many professional assets, project experience stands out. From large to small, classic to unique, Mark has helped numerous projects succeed. His many repeat clients attest to the wisdom of Mark's philosophy that it’s good business to develop strong relationships and understand a client’s unique needs in order to translate their technology visions into reality. As Principal, Vice President, Mark serves multiple roles from managing delivery of our professional services, to engineering design, to developing internal processes such as quality control.
Mike wears many hats at TEECOM’s Dallas office, including those of business development, Principal Consultant, and Project Manager at Parkland Hospital, the largest healthcare construction project in the United States. No matter the role, Mike ensures that every project he manages is on time and exceeds client expectations. His extensive design management experience makes Mike a great fit for the unique needs served by the TEECOM Dallas office.
As TEECOM's Experience Director, Nicole sets strategy for the firm's hiring, marketing, and internal continuing education efforts. Her focus on the employee and client journey enables TEECOM to continue to evolve toward true innovation.
As the discipline lead for acoustics at TEECOM, Peter sets acoustical standards and helps maintain processes for the team, managing projects and building the practice as TEECOM grows. He enjoys helping design and construction teams tackle complex acoustics questions through clear communication.
Based in our Los Angeles office, Rooz is a technology strategist, engineer and project manager at heart. He enjoys helping clients envision a role for technology within their organization and brings a holistic approach to consulting, staying connected to the big picture while simultaneously focusing on the details. Rooz is also a member of several industry organizations and enjoys speaking at conferences and events discussing technology’s impact on the built environment.
Having started his telecommunications career literally “in the pits pulling cables,” Shaun brings a hands-on insight into constructability to his current role in client relationships, design and project management. He gets satisfaction out of seeing the process through from inception to delivery, from initial conversation to client hand-off. Engineering isn’t just about the technical aspect for Shaun; it’s about the interaction with people and how this creates a creative platform for success.

Tim focuses on designing telecommunication systems for commercial and industrial facilities. He combines his six years of construction experience with 22 years of engineering to expertly solve complex problems for his clients. Tim’s experience expands the globe with projects in Ireland, China, Korea, Malaysia, India, Singapore and across the United States. When not traveling, you may find him speaking at a BICSI Conference, where he routinely presents seminars on the National Electrical Code ®.
As a software developer on the TEECOM Research and Development TEEm, Tommy creates apps for buildings. Seeing a product grow from the ground up is what he enjoys most about programming. The skill combines language and technology, two of Tommy’s main interests. Tommy has always had an affinity for knowing how things work. To this day, he challenges himself to take apart electronics and put them back together again.
