TEECOM’s Robby Deem Named to CSE 2026 40 Under 40 List

TEECOM is proud to announce that Robby Deem, Principal, Vice President, has been named to the Consulting-Specifying Engineer (CSE) 2026 40 Under 40 list, a prestigious recognition honoring the next generation of leaders shaping the future of the engineering and building systems industry.

The annual CSE 40 Under 40 program recognizes 40 outstanding professionals under the age of 40 who demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical expertise, innovation, and a commitment to advancing the built environment. Honorees are selected from across the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering disciplines for their contributions to complex building projects and their impact on the industry at large.

Robby was nominated by fellow TEECOM team member Jen Scinto, Associate Principal, Project Manager II,, who recognized his technical excellence, empathetic leadership, and the lasting impact he has had as a mentor throughout their years working together across multiple firms.
