Site Due Diligence (SDD) and Master Planning are important services to properly assess and procure project sites. TEECOM is involved early and performs SDD services to identify technology limitations and security vulnerabilities. TEECOM has the experience, resources, scalability, and reference material to gather information quickly. This allows us to provide accurate and clear feedback and recommendations to our client for their consideration in a timely manner.
TEECOM acts as the owner's representative by first evaluating their interests and concerns. We ensure the design team, including electrical, civil, architecture, and telecom are meeting all security standards. The level of coordination TEECOM provides is what the client has come to rely on. We engage with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure they are meeting standards and security requirements and work with them to make revisions if they are falling short of meeting security standards, code and regulation requirements.
