Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) was in need of a flexible and functional building that supports future company growth. HPE relocated 1,000 employees to the 220,000 sf America Center 2 building in San Jose. The new headquarters encompasses a purposeful, open concept workspace with a large Executive Briefing Center and contains an executive lounge, offices, boardrooms, four briefing rooms, over 40 meeting rooms, a broadcast studio, cafe, control room, security room, and labs.
